Membership

How do I join iBeli.com as a buyer member?
To join iBeli.com as a buyer member, first click the ‘Join Now’ link on the home page. You will then be taken to the registration area.

Fill in your details, making sure you check the box next to ‘Buyer’ (or ‘Buyer & Seller’). Then click ‘Next Step’.

Complete the information on the next page and select a Password (your User ID will be your email address). Then click ‘Next Step’.

You will now be registered as a buyer member of iBeli.com and can log in to the My iBeli.


How do I join iBeli.com as a seller member?
To join iBeli.com as a seller member, first click the ‘Join Now’ link on the home page. You will then be taken to the registration area.

Fill in your details, making sure you check the box next to ‘Seller’ (or ‘Buyer & Seller’). Then click ‘Next Step’.

Complete the information on the next page and select a Password (your User ID will be your email address). Then click ‘Next Step’.

You will now be registered as a seller member of iBeli.com and can log in to the My iBeli.


My product category isn’t included in your list. What should I do?
If your product category or industry is not included in the registration list, you can either select the closest option to it or ask us to add it when you click here to contact us.


How do I cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, please click here to contact us.

Signing In

I can’t sign in with my User ID and Password. What’s the problem?
If you can’t sign in with your User ID and Password the problem is most likely caused by the cookie settings on your browser. Please change your settings to allow cookies.

Can I change my User ID and Password?
You can change your Password but not your User ID.

To change your Password, first sign in to the My iBeli. Then click the ‘Change Password’ link on the left side of the page. You can then choose a new Password.


What should I do if I lose my Password?
If you have lost your Password you can ask us to send it to you again when you click here.

Buyer Members

How do I search by keyword?
You can search by keyword from any page that includes a search function. If the page you are currently on does not include a search function, click ‘Home’ at the top of the page.

Enter the keyword you want to search by in the search box. Then select whether you want to search for Products, Trade Leads or Companies. 

When you are ready, click ‘Search’ to perform your search.

You will then be shown the information you searched for.


How do I search by product category?
To search by product category, you must first specify whether you want to search for Trade Leads, Products or Companies. To do this, click the appropriate section heading at the top of any page. 

Next click the industry you want to search within (Agriculture, Automobile etc.). Then click a sub-category.

You will then be shown the information you searched for.


How do I get in touch with sellers?
If sellers have posted their contact information, you can contact them directly. 

To get in touch with a seller about a trade lead tick the ‘Inquire’ box next to the lead and then click ‘Inquire’.


How do I post a buying trade lead?
To post a buying trade lead, first sign in to the Members’ Area. Then click ‘New Trade Lead’.

You can now post a new trade lead by completing the information in the form. Make sure you select ‘Buy’ as your trade lead type.

Seller Members

How do I create my product showroom?
To create your product showroom, first sign in to the Members’ Area. You can then use the links under the ‘My Showroom’ heading on the left side of the page to create or edit you product showroom. 

These links are:

Company Profile – here you can enter information about your company and its markets, and add a company logo. When you are ready, click ‘Save’.

News or Events – here you can enter details of special events or news about your company. When you are ready, click ‘Submit’.

Add New Product – here you can enter details of your company’s products, and add a thumbnail photo if you like (to do this click the ‘Browse’ button and browse the contents of your computer for the photo you want to add). When you are ready, click ‘Post Product’.

Edit Product Info - here you can edit or delete details of products you have already entered. Click ‘edit’ or ‘delete’ next to the product you wish to edit or delete.

Preview Showroom – by clicking this link you can preview your showroom to check that everything in it is correct and up to date.


How do I make changes to my product showroom?
To make changes to your product showroom, click the links detailed in the answer above (How do I create my product showroom?) and make changes as required.


How do I get listed in the iBeli.com e-Marketplace and global business directory?
You will be automatically listed in the iBeli.com e-Marketplace and global business directory upon successfully registering as a member of iBeli.com.


How do I post a selling trade lead?
To post a selling lead, first sign in to the Members’ Area. Then click ‘New Trade Lead’.

You can now post a new trade lead by completing the information in the form. Make sure you select ‘Sell’ as your trade lead type.


How do I add a photo to my selling trade lead?
To add a photo to your selling trade lead, click the ‘Browse’ button on the Trade Lead Information form (when you are creating your trade lead). You can then browse the contents of your computer and select the photo you wish to add.
 


How do I make changes to my product catalogue?
To make changes to your product catalogue, first sign in to the Members’ Area. Then click ‘Edit Product Info’ on the left side of the page.

Then click ‘edit’ or ‘delete’ next to the product you wish to edit or delete.


How do I track product and trade leads?
To track product and trade leads, first sign in to the Members’ Area. Then click ‘Product Tracking’ or ‘Trade Lead Tracking’ to see how many people have viewed your products and trade leads.
