Overview


My iBeli is a private communication and trade management tool provided to all members for tracking and storing buyer-seller communications and managing Buying Leads, products and Selling Leads.

The main sections and their functions are:

a. Access Message Center to see all messages received and sent via IBeli.com.
b. Post and manage your buying leads here.
c. Post and manage your selling activities, including your company profile.
d. Manage your Trade Alerts.



Message Center

Inbox – Manage and save all of your incoming inquiries from your trade partners.

Sent Box – Manage and track all of your outgoing messages to your trade partners.

Trash - To save your deleted inquiry or quote messages temporarily.

My Profile

Update Member Profile – Edit/update your company information and business contact.

Change Password - Change your Password but not your User ID.

Business Categories – Select the closest categories to describe your business.

My Bookmarks – Manage your bookmarks items for products and trade leads.



My Showroom


Use the links under the My Showroom heading on the left side of the page.


a. Company Profile

Enter information about your company and its markets and add a company logo. When you are ready, click Save.


b. Post New Product

Enter details of your company’s products.
Add a thumbnail photo, click the Browse button and browse the contents of your computer for the photo then click Post Product.


Update Product
Click edit or delete next to the product you wish to edit or delete.
Edit or delete details of products you have already entered.


Preview Showroom
Preview your showroom to check that everything in it is correct.


My Trade Lead
Post a buying or selling trade lead
Click on Post Trade Lead.
Completing the information in the form and select your trade lead type.
Add a photo to your trade lead click the Browse, then browse the contents of your computer to select the photo you wish to add.


Update Trade Lead
Click edit or delete next to the trade leads you wish to edit or delete.
Edit or delete details of your buying or selling trade leads.
